This policy is provided for review and must be confirmed by legal counsel before public launch.
This Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the minimum standards Airfree expects of its suppliers, contractors, and partners. Acceptance of these standards is a condition of doing business with Airfree.
1. Legal and ethical conduct
Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and conduct their business ethically, including compliance with anti-bribery, anti-corruption, competition, and sanctions requirements.
2. Labour and human rights
Suppliers must respect internationally recognised human rights and provide fair working conditions.
- No forced, bonded, or child labour, and no human trafficking.
- Freely chosen employment and freedom of association where lawful.
- Fair wages, lawful working hours, and a safe and healthy workplace.
- No unlawful discrimination, harassment, or abuse.
3. Data protection and security
Suppliers that handle Airfree or customer data must protect it with appropriate security measures, use it only for the agreed purpose, comply with applicable data-protection law, and support Airfree’s obligations under its Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
4. Environment
Suppliers must comply with applicable environmental laws and work to minimise the environmental impact of their operations.
5. Monitoring and reporting
Airfree may ask suppliers to demonstrate compliance with this Code. Concerns about a supplier’s conduct can be reported via /contact. Serious or unresolved breaches may result in termination of the relationship.
