This policy is provided for review and must be confirmed by legal counsel before public launch.

Airfree is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains. This statement describes the steps we take to identify and address these risks.

1. Our commitment

Airfree Services Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking, or child labour in any part of our business or supply chains. We expect the same standard from everyone we work with.

2. Our operations and supply chain

As a technology company operating a self-hosted geospatial cloud platform, our direct workforce is predominantly skilled professionals. Our modern-slavery risk is concentrated in our extended supply chain, including hardware, data-centre services, and outsourced professional services.

3. Steps we take

We take practical steps to assess and address modern-slavery risk.

  • Setting expectations for suppliers through our Supplier Code of Conduct.
  • Considering modern-slavery risk in procurement and supplier onboarding.
  • Providing channels to report concerns, protected by our whistleblower arrangements.
  • Reviewing and improving our approach over time.

4. Reporting concerns

Anyone who suspects modern slavery connected to Airfree or its suppliers is encouraged to report it via /contact. Reports are treated seriously and confidentially.
