Set up a custom domain
Use your own domain (you@yourcompany.com) with Airfree Mail by publishing a few DNS records.
A custom domain lets you send and receive at your own address. You add the domain in settings, then publish the DNS records we generate at your registrar.
What you publish
- MX records pointing mail for your domain to Airfree Mail.
- An SPF record authorising our servers to send for you.
- A DKIM record so your mail is cryptographically signed.
- A DMARC record setting your authentication policy.
Verifying
After publishing, the domain settings page re-checks each record and marks it verified. DNS can take a few hours to propagate, so wait before troubleshooting a record that looks correct.
For the exact SPF/DKIM/DMARC values and how to verify them, see the blog guide on email authentication.
