Reset your password

Change your password, and what to do if you have forgotten it.

You can change your password any time from Settings → Security. If you have forgotten it, the recovery key you saved at signup is what lets you back in.

Forgotten password

Use "Forgot password" and provide your recovery key to re-derive access.
Without both the password and the recovery key, the mailbox cannot be recovered — this is by design.
After regaining access, generate a new recovery key and store it safely.

Because Airfree Mail is zero-knowledge, support cannot reset your password for you. Keep your recovery key.
