Sign up for Airfree Mail and send your first encrypted email in a few minutes.
Creating an Airfree Mail account takes a couple of minutes. You will choose an address, set a strong password, and save a recovery key — the last step matters because we cannot read or reset your mailbox for you.
Steps
- Go to the signup page and choose your @airfreemail.com address (or start a custom domain).
- Pick a strong, unique password — this derives the key that encrypts your mailbox.
- Download and store your recovery key somewhere safe, such as a password manager.
- Verify you can sign in, then import your existing mail if you are switching providers.
Why the recovery key matters
Airfree Mail is zero-knowledge: your mailbox is encrypted with a key only you hold. If you forget your password, the recovery key is the only way back in. Without either, the mailbox cannot be recovered — by you or by us.
Store your recovery key before you rely on the account. It is the single most important step in setup.
